crousCnam-Enjmin is also supported by the Crous (Centre régional des œuvres universitaires et scolaires). It is a regionally based, yet centralised, administrative body, which ensures students have decent living conditions to help them succeed in their studies. They look after major aspects of student life, including finance (scholarships), health, university restaurants and student accommodation.

Crous University Restaurant (Resto U' le Nil)

Cnam-Enjmin's Nil Building hosts once of the three university canteens in Angoulême managed by Crous (Centre régional des œuvres universitaires et scolaires), Resto U' le Nil.

It is open for lunch from Monday to Friday from 11:45am to 1:30pm. It is closed for dinner and at weekends.

Resto U' le Nil works on a "Points Menu" system. 6 points equal €3.30 for students, or €1 for students with grants or those who are in a delicate financial situation (link in French). A meal is equal to a minimum of 6 points, with each additional point costing €0.55. Each student can what they want to eat.

  • Starters: between 1 and 2 points
  • Main meal (including vegetarian): 4, 5 or 6 points
  • Cheese and dairy products: 1 or 2 points
  • Desserts: 1 or 2 points

izlyPayments are made with Izly, a digital wallet which students top up. It is available on their student card or on the mobile app.

Accommodation

There is one Crous residence in Angoulême called L'Auberge espagnole (link in French) which is only available to students of Pôle Créatif Magelis.

SCCUC

The SCCUC (Charente Campus Services & Culture) was founded in 2015 to develop social, cultural, educational and sporting activities for students in the Charente department.

BDE 2025

During the first week of the academic year, le BDE organises an integration week which combines discovering the town of Angoulême, sports and festivities.

It organises celebratory events marking important events during the school year, including the master students' induction, Enjmin Game Conferences, master students' leaving, end of year, etc.

Le BDE organises fun activities, runs the student common room, takes part in volunteer classes and arranges various themed evenings (Murder Party, Board Game Evenings, etc.).

Student Clubs

There are several clubs at the heart of Cnam-Enjmin. All students can sign up for the different clubs at the school, just take part in certain events throughout the year or even start their own club!

Examples of existing clubs: cooking, dance, sewing, karaoke, political debates, Godot, cinema, board games, (game)jams, retro-gaming, video game tournaments, astronomy, TCG (trading card games), theatre...

SCCUC (Charente Campus Services & Culture)

SCCUCThe SCCUC (Services et Culture des campus universitaires de la Charente) is an association that develops social, cultural, educative and sports activities for students living in the Charente Department.

The association has put in place, among others, the following actions:

  • Social and Solidarity Local Shop (Épicerie sociale et solidaire) and other solutions to help students eat at low costs
  • Free access to medical and psychological support
  • Events (sports competitions, student nights...)

Image Campus Student Association

ciaIn September 2008, under the guidance of Magelis Creative Hub, students from image-related schools (ATELIER, ÉESI, EMCA, Cnam-Enjmin, CEPE, CREADOC, IUT, LISA, etc.) created a common association for the students in Angoulême.

The Image Campus Student Association, known as the CIA (Campus Image Angoulême), was born with the goal of encouraging exchanges between students from the various schools in the Pôle Image.
