The rebirth of the Nil

The building was originally a paper mill located on the banks of the Charente River.

It was named after the River Nile (in French of course!).

Renovation of the Nil Building started in 2012 thanks to financial support from Pôle Image Magelis.

After 2 years of renovation, Cnam-Enjmin boarded the Nil in 2014 in a fully renovated 4,200m² space.

We care about our environmental impact. That's why the Nil Building has a green living roof for better insulation and rainwater management. Moreover, the building's centralised management optimises the use of the heating systems.
