2026 Apprenticeship Levy

The timetable for the 2026 Distribution Campaign is now available (link in French).

The French law n°2018-771 on the freedom to choose one's professional future changes the way the remaining 13% of the apprenticeship levy is collected and distributed.

The first collection of this balance in 2025 will be via the Employers' Nominative Social Declaration (Déclaration Sociale Nominative, DSN) in May. The sums collected by URSSAF from companies will be paid to the Caisse des Dépôts (CDC). The CDC will pay the funds to the training courses authorised to collect this balance once they have been allocated by the companies via the SOLTéA platform.

The training course at Cnam-Enjmin authorised to receive your 13% balance is the Master's degree in Audiovisual, Digital Interactive Media and Video Games (MASTER – AUDIOVISUEL MEDIAS INTERACTIFS NUMERIQUES ET JEUX).

Below you will find a step-by-step guide on how to allocate your contribution to our only course authorised to receive it: Master's degree in Audiovisuel, Digital Interactive Media and Video Games (MASTER – AUDIOVISUEL MEDIAS INTERACTIFS NUMERIQUES ET JEUX).

Please be aware that if you do not select this course, your financial contribution will go into a common pot for all eligible Cnam courses (more than 140 courses are eligible for the Apprenticeship Levy).

• Log onto the SOLTéA platform with your Net-Entreprises login details from Tuesday 26th May (please refer to the "2026 Calendar" opposite).

• Click on the 'RECHERCHE ÉTABLISSEMENT' (INSTITUTION SEARCH) tab to access the catalogue of institutions authorised to receive your balance.

• Enter one of these 3 fields in the search engine and start the search:
  • Nom de l'établissement (Institution name): CONSERVATOIRE NATIONAL ARTS ET METIERS
  • Code UAI: 0753471R
  • SIRET Number: 19753471200017
• The main establishment’s record is automatically displayed by the tool. To access it, click on ‘VOIR LA FICHE' (SEE THE RECORD).

• In the ‘Répartition de mon solde' (Allocation of my balance) block, choose the option ‘Une ou des formations de l'établissement’ (One or more of the establishment’s programmes) to allocate your balance to Cnam-Enjmin.

• Tick the course MASTER - AUDIOVISUEL MEDIA INTERACTIFS NUMERIQUE ET JEUX and confirm your choice by clicking on 'ENREGISTRER MES CHOIX' (SAVE MY CHOICES).

• The tool will take you to the ‘SYNTHÈSE’ (SUMMARY) tab.

• Choose the percentage you wish to give to Cnam-Enjmin by clicking on the pencil in the ‘Actions’ column and entering the allocated percentage in the 'Part de vos crédits attribués en %' tab. Confirm your allocation.

• Finally, click on 'ENREGISTRER MES ATTRIBUTIONS' (SAVE MY ALLOCATIONS).
